Generate Crew’s approach is industry-led and people-first

Since October 2024, we have supported 26 trainees across 17 different departments, all on international features filming here on the Gold Coast.

We believe that kindness is one of the most powerful things anyone can bring to a set. Our programs are structured to give crew at all levels the opportunity to develop, be seen, and progress.

We design every program with diversity, equity and inclusion at its core, making sure that opportunities reach a broad range of crew. On Anaconda, that approach led to 50% female placements and 8% First Nations, 17% regional, and 25% CALD traineeships.
